I love the crispness of the air, the light and the fact that you dont have to wear next to nothing to be in style. My knitted scarf feels good around my neck. I feel a bit more free with rosy cheeks and a smile on my face.<br \/>I fall in love with autumn over and over again&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; every year.<\/p>\n<p>I had a intersting conversation today with my mentor.<br \/>We were discussing patterns in life.<br \/>How one reapeats patterns if one doesnt reflect on them.<br \/>I realized, quite ashamed of myself to be honest, that i have been treating my loved ones around me according to old patterns that is no longer applicable to either me or them&#8230;.and then complaining that i dont like the outcome. Embarrassing. On so many levels.<br \/>I decided right there and then that i will start, on a daily basis, to reflect more on what kind of patterns i have&#8230;and how i can change them if i decide i dont like them. It\u00b4t not fair to treat people according to how they, or you, were years ago..just becaus you haven\u00b4t taken the time to re-evaluate. I am grateful that i finally take the time to see my own actions.
