acebook and Sweet Jesus what a fantastic decision. Best one in a looong time. No more scrolling, looking into people’s fake lives like a proper perv. Nopes. I quit cold turkey. Brilliant I tell you. Absolutely Brilliant! The only poop in my (or rather my husbands) tea are all those groups where people share info…I have delegated that duty to my beloved husband 🙂
My internal stress level has decreased noticeably. I am more present in the moment as I don’t have to think about if this would make a great picture for FB anymore. I do use Instagram but much less frequently so. Life is more here and now and I tend to call my friends more often to see how they are. I wrote about de-cluttering a while back..this is a perfect way of beginning to make time and space within to have the energy to deal with the clutter around us.
You all know how I have been nagging about adult/hormonal acne and the wonders of enjoying a monthly outbreak of the same. Well..let me tell ya…I am now have clear, soft and OH so silky smooth skin.
NO break-outs in 3 months. I’m serious. I follow Wayne Goss and he recommended a new brand called The Ordinary. His review got me intrigued and I started reading up on their products and decided to try their Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 and Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA and I FELL in love!. My skin started clearing up after 4 days of using this stuff. This got me reading up on the rest of their products and decided to get a LOT more products considering the very reasonable pricing.
I now go to the pool with my daughter on Saturdays with zero issues not wearing any make-up.
I currently use below products…they are all fab and check out the pricing!
Salicylic Acid 2% Solution -What it does: Exfoliates; unclogs pores; targets acne and congestion. I use this 2 times a week.
Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% – What it does: Targets ALL types of skin issues. Keeps my skin clear.
Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5– What it does: Hydrates DELUXE and I use it almost every day.
Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA-What it does: Hydrates; targets signs of aging. This stuff has even healed the eczema on my hands.
“Buffet” – What it does: This treatment improves multiple signs of aging at once with various anti-aging ingredients. It reduces fine lines and wrinkles, fades dark spots, hydrates, brightens, and promotes a firm, smooth texture
Caffeine Solution 5% + EGCG – What it does: Under eye antipuff deluxe!
Alpha Lipoic Acid 5% – What it does: renewed skin appearance, improving visible skin texture and tone. You use this 2-3 times a week.
I am currently waiting for this bad boy: High-Efficiency Face Cleaner – HYLAMIDE
Expected delivery by the end of this week. All excited.
I have been using Equilibria Gel To MIlk Cleanser for quite some time and it’s a good buy although a tad expensive compared to the Hylamide cleanser. Definitely a go-to product if they Hylamide cleanser doesn’t do it for me.
And no..i am not sponsored by the brand. I just love love love love it.
