Well thats a bit over the top.
My life is fab..i cant really complain.
However, being back at work makes me feel a LOT like the pic above. Kind of broken and sticky. My first week back was a tad like having a jar of syrup for brains.
My second week has been much better. Finally getting back into the groove. Getting things done and being nice and efficent…although there is one BIG difference.
I don´t work half as much over time as i did before my holiday.
That strech of travel and overtime almost did me in….and life is just too short to waste stressing and obcessing about work.
So here i am, new and improved!
My month on the Island was magical. 5 weeks with my man and getting a lot more done than i did at home feeling lonely and low.
So good choice to leave a tad early.
I spent my 3 weeks of holiday fixing up the garden, drinking fine wine, seeing friends, eating way too much bbq, having house guests, cooking, and sleeping as much as i could.
We even went on a short road trip over to the mainland and and visited the smelting-houses in Glasriket.
I really feel at home on The Island.
The people, Wallstones family, the surroundings our flat. The works.
Fits with my soul. I hope to live there one day. Who knows.
Wallstone arrived late last night to spend the weekend here = BLISS!
We have a dinner-and-a-movie-date tonight and tomorrow we see Wify, EllenMoaRylander and her hubby Daniel. I SO look forward to that. Wifys cooking rocks, EllenMoaRylander is about the cutest little girl u could ever find (after my darling Josefine ofcourse) and Daniel always makes me laugh. Good friends!

My darling niece Josefine turned 5 on the 5th of august.
And i, as usual, forgot the day.
This was quickly corrected whey i realized my mistake and a present was sent:

Josefin at her best……….Giiiirly pressie.
I must say im silly pleased with myself 🙂
She was happy as bunny when she called and had received it.
We sent a silver neclace with a hart filled with pink crystals
-PURE happiness!…when u are five.
So status as favorite-Aunty is restored *puuh*
Now, back to reality!!
