Ok..time to get seriouse about the whole sleeping thing.
After two night in a row with about 2h sleep each nite..this “young”lady needs to take seriouse action and kick some proper SandmanButt.
My brilliant plan:
1) 40 min massage at the gym
2) Good food
3) Acupressure mat…yes thats correct…and it works.
4) No tv. Yes…that is also correct..i am NOT watching the friggin football tonight…or any other night for that matter.
5) I am NOT going to check my work e-mail before i got to bed. Yes…i know..this will shock some of you.
7) Last but not least…roiboos tea and a good book. And yeees..i know kinda granny.. but im desperate over here!
So..in order to get at least one more reader, i realised i have to do this whole thing in english.
So Stu, Dive, Scuba, Lauren, Craig and all the rest of u brits, canadians and half breeds out there…i put myself through the agony of KNOWING i have incorrect grammar so that u can at least read this.
Think of it what u want..but here goes anyway ( u bloody well HAVE to read it now…).
One of my closest friends and i always have the best going-to-or-home-from-work-conversations. He makes me laugh out loud on buses and trains. He also introduced me to the wonderful world of Scott Mills/BBC Radio 1. If u dont subscribe to his podcast…do it at_this_moment! You will thank me.
I often think how grateful i am that i ran into this friend. Whom ever had something to do with that…thank you!
